Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the tr777 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to satisfy any one of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity and not acting on behalf of another party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your account's active period.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register or have been previously permanently banned from tr777.

tr777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Accounts found to be registered by underage individuals will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be returned at tr777's discretion after deducting relevant processing fees.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on tr777. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

KYC Verification

tr777 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity before processing withdrawals or when prompted by our compliance team. KYC documents may include a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tr777 strongly recommends the following security practices:

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. tr777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Deposited funds are credited to your account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. tr777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

tr777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific promotional terms which are communicated at the time the offer is made. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement completion.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before the previous bonus's wagering requirement is fulfilled will forfeit the preceding bonus.
• tr777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses will not be awarded where tr777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus abuse.
